Expansion Director
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a key role at the heart of our ongoing development journey. Based at our headquarters in Malmö, you will be responsible for evolving and optimising our presence across Sweden and Norway.
As Expansion Director, you will shape how we develop and strengthen our market footprint—ensuring the right structures, partnerships, and agreements are in place to support long-term, profitable growth.
Working closely with executive leadership, you will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, with a clear mandate to drive commercial performance, optimise agreements, and ensure a scalable and sustainable market setup.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and develop the company’s market strategy, with a focus on optimisation, partnerships, and long-term performance
Lead and manage key commercial negotiations and agreements across markets
Drive development and optimisation of our existing market footprint
Ensure profitability across markets through structured follow-up and performance tracking
Build and strengthen strategic partnerships that support long-term growth
Leverage data-driven insights to improve business performance, customer flows, and overall results
WE BELIEVE YOU ARE
A senior, commercially driven leader with a strong track record of driving business performance across multiple markets. You combine strategic clarity with strong negotiation skills and are comfortable operating in a role where optimisation, structure, and long-term value creation are key.
Proven experience from leading commercial development, negotiations, and agreements across multiple markets
Strong track record of driving profitability with full or significant P&L responsibility
Ability to navigate complex, multi-market environments and stakeholder landscapes
Highly data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into concrete business decisions
Experienced in building and managing strategic partnerships
Fluent in Swedish
