As Head of Planning & Purchasing, you will play a key role in improving how this is executed in practice.
THE OPPORTUNITY
In this role, you will lead the planning team with responsibility for people, performance and daily operations, while driving improvements in forecasting, replenishment and stock management.
There is a strong foundation in place, but also clear opportunities to strengthen structure, planning execution and cross-functional alignment across our central warehouse and ~146 stores.
Your focus will be to strengthen execution and improve how planning and prioritization are carried out across the business – ensuring that the right products are available at the right place, at the right time, while actively balancing availability, inventory levels and working capital.
This is a hands-on role with real impact, where your ability to create structure, improve flows and drive execution will make a visible difference to business performance.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and develop the planning team, with full people responsibility
Drive forecasting, replenishment and planning execution
Optimize stock allocation and outbound flows to stores
Own inventory levels, stock budgeting and working capital follow-up
Improve processes, tools and ways of working to increase efficiency and stability
Act as a key link between warehouse, assortment and store network, ensuring aligned priorities and execution.
WE BELIEVE YOU HAVE
To be successful in this role, you are a hands-on and structured leader who takes ownership and drives progress. You combine analytical thinking with a pragmatic, action-oriented approach, and know how to turn insights into real improvements. You are comfortable working close to operations and confident balancing the needs of warehouse, stores and commercial stakeholders.
+5 years of experience within planning, inventory management or supply chain
Strong understanding of inventory economics, stock control and working capital
Experience working with forecast-driven planning and replenishment
Background from retail, FMCG or other high-volume environment
Strong analytical skills and experience with planning tools (e.g. Relex or similar)
Proven experience in leading and developing teams

OTHER INFORMATION
The role is part of the Assortment & Supply Chain organization and reports to Director of Assortment. Some travel may be required.
