Commercial Business Development Specialist to Kjell & Company

Assignment:
As a Commercial Business Development Specialist, you play a key role in driving Kjell & Company’s commercial development across all customer touchpoints. You turn data and strategy into actionable improvements that increase profitability, strengthen customer experience, and streamline operations.
Working cross-functionally between e-commerce, marketing, CRM, and retail, you help connect strategic initiatives with measurable business results
You will join a team of ambitious colleagues and report directly to the CRM Director, working closely together to drive Kjell & Company’s commercial growth and development.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Support and execute business-critical projects that improve processes, customer flows, and commercial results
- Analyze performance and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Document and optimize workflows between e-commerce and commercial operations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align goals and ensure smooth communication
- Track KPIs, prepare reports, and present insights to key stakeholders.
Your background:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about driving business development and enjoys working at the intersection of data, strategy, and operations. You thrive on creating tangible improvements that contribute to growth and efficiency across teams.
As a person you are analytical, structured, and proactive. You enjoy solving complex problems, take ownership of your work, and are motivated by turning ideas into action. You’re a strong collaborator who communicates clearly and confidently with both colleagues and stakeholders.
You have a relevant degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience within e-commerce, commercial development, or project management. You’re experienced in leading cross-functional projects from concept to execution, and comfortable using data and digital tools such as Power BI, Google Analytics, or Excel to support your decisions.
This role is based in headquarter office in central Malmö.
